GH Revive is meant for both men and women over the age of 18 that may struggle with day-time energy levels, have joint pain, suffer from low T levels, and want to make a drastic change to improve their health.

Reviewing The GH Revive Label…

It is recommended to take GH Revive 30 minutes before going to sleep. This is to ensure the best results and maximum absorption. GH Revive contains close to 4 grams of ingredients, so we would recommend taking with a light snack, such as a handful of nuts, half a banana, or something similar that’s relatively “light”. It’s not a good idea to be “full” when trying to sleep. It can be quite disruptive with your sleep patterns, but a light snack will be completely fine.

What are the capsule sizes of GH Revive? Size “00”. Each serving contains 5 capsules. Compared to almost all products out there, GH Revive contains about 1.5-2 capsules more than the most recommended products. It contains more because Optimize Science has a reputation with some amazing and breakthrough products. GH Revive is no exception. The makers aim to create another #1 product for every category they already dominate.

A Few Days of Taking GH Revive…

Nope, you sure won’t notice anything for a few days. Remember, you’re attempting to turn back the clock and force more production of GH in your body. Hormones are tricky and your body is constantly trying to “balance” itself. However, once you have been taking GH Revive for a few weeks, you should start seeing and feeling the results it touts.

  • Faster recovery from workouts
  • Improvement with sore joints and muscles
  • Better sleep quality
  • Higher testosterone levels
  • Improved mood
  • Healthier skin and organs
5 Capsules of GH Revive Each Night…

That’s all it takes to get the results you’ve been waiting for! You can see results if you take during the day, but GH is actually produced during the night hours while we sleep. GH Revive is about 7.5X more effective when taken before bed compared to during the daytime hours.

For maximum results, each serving should be taken with a small amount of water on an empty stomach (if you have a sensitive stomach, take with a light snack, such as 10-15 peanuts or almonds). This can help your body to absorb as much as possible from each capsule and give you the most out of every serving without causing you to feel full before bed.

GH Revive Side Effects:

No negative side effects have been found or reported. Even those that take synthetic GH with a needle don’t notice any negative side effects, rather than being poked with a needle each night.

Positive side effects:

  • Faster fat loss & muscle gain
  • Better sleep with less interruption
  • Increase in T-levels
  • Improved Physique & Leaner Muscle Mass
  • Higher Metabolism

Negative side effects:

  • The only negative side effect might be that you have to take 5 capsules at a time.

Vitamin C

One study was done with vitamin C that came to the conclusion that vitamin C is strongly correlated with stimulating growth hormone secretion. This study contained 108 men and women that had their macronutrients and micronutrients assessed in great detail. Researchers found that peak stimulation of multiple growth hormones was positively correlated with vitamin C intake. (6)

Vitamin D

Another study found that supplementation of vitamin D3 caused increased levels of insulin-like growth factor-1 in adults. (12) This shows the importance of including high amounts of vitamins in your diet and is the reason these vitamins were added to this formula.

L-arginine Pyroglutamate

A review was done on how L-arginine supplementation affects the body’s growth hormone response. Subjects who took the L-arginine supplements alone showed at least a 100% increase in growth hormone levels. Those that combined supplementation with exercise showed a 600% increase in growth hormone levels. (1)

L-Lysine

Similarly to the make up of this formula, a study was done that used a combination of both L-lysine and L-arginine to increase growth hormones. A group of 15 volunteers were given supplementation of both amino acids and were then examined to find the effects of the supplementation. The amino acids increased insulin levels and levels of growth hormones. By combining both amino acids, researchers found that growth hormone secretion was raised more than either one alone. (8)

AlphaSize Alpha GPC

AlphaSize was used in an experiment to test the effects of alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine on growth hormone response. This was a randomized, placebo controlled, crossover study done with 7 men who had at least two years of resistance training experience. They were given an AlphaSize supplement or a placebo then participated in certain resistance training activities. Those who were in the treatment group had increased levels of serum growth hormones and showed peak bench press force. (3)

Mucuna Pruriens

This ingredient is high in an amino acid called L-dopa which is assumed the reason it is able to stimulate growth hormones. An experiment was done to test the effects of L-dopa on growth hormones in 22 humans. Levels of growth hormones were compared to the base levels of the participating individuals. The growth hormones were significantly increased in all subjects within 2 hours of supplementation. (10)

Melatonin

One study evaluated the relationship between melatonin supplementation and growth hormone secretion. A total of 32 normal men were used for this experiment. Participants were given either a placebo pill or a melatonin supplement. After the study had concluded, researchers found that melatonin supplementation increased base levels of growth hormones and improved growth hormone responsiveness. (2)

GABA

A group of 11 men participated in a randomized, double blind, placebo controlled, crossover experiment that tested the effects of GABA supplementation on growth hormones. Those who had taken GABA and rested after showed approximately a 400% increase in both irGH (immunoreactive growth hormones) and ifGH (immunofunctional growth hormones). (4)

GABA boosts gh levels

Cinnulin PF

Researchers wanted to test the effects that cinnamon extract that is water soluble has on pre-diabetic people. 22 subjects were included in this study and were randomly assigned to either a Cinnulin PF supplement or a placebo for 12 weeks. Those who were in the treatment group showed significant decreases in fasting blood glucose and systolic blood pressure. These participants also showed significant increases in lean mass and decreases in body fat. (5)

Alpha Lipoic Acid

A study was created to examine what effects alpha lipoic acid has on insulin resistance in people. Participants (57 men and women) were split into two groups (by systemized randomization) and given either a placebo or an alpha lipoic acid supplement. Researchers followed up with subjects for 8 weeks. After the 8 weeks had concluded, scientists looked at the information they had gathered during that time. They found a significant decrease in fasting blood glucose and insulin resistance. (7)

DMAE

Dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE) was used in an experiment that found supplementation of this ingredient is able to optimize acetylcholine production, which improves cognitive functions. (15) It is also able to influence natural growth factors, enhance metabolic rates, and reduce the lipofuscin in nerve cells. (16)

Deer Antler Velvet

Researchers found evidence of insulin like growth factor 1 in deer antler velvet. (11) This finding is important because in adults, insulin like growth factor 1 can be used in the synthesis of complex molecules which can offer multiple benefits to the body. In another study, Scientists found that insulin like growth factor 1 has direct involvement with muscular regeneration and repair. (13) It was also found to enhance metabolism of lipids and carbohydrates and increases insulin sensitivity. (14)
